Process

Our company goes through the uniform pattern stages that fulfil all quality standards
those stages mentioned below.

Stage – 1

Grading and Peeling

The onion lots are graded as per the size & quality, lifting of material for dry wash and then peeled. The Top layer of the raw onion bulbs are removed.

Stage – 2

Washing and Slicing

The peeled onions are washed with chlorinated water and then sliced in the slicing machine at that time Strict hygiene is maintained.

Stage – 3

Drying

Spreading uniformly on dryer belt without effecting the taste and pungency. Redrying process in bin dryer.

Stage – 4

Sorting

Separation process by huller machine & the skins are removed from the kibbled with blowers. Sorting product by “Sortex Machine”.

Stage – 5

Metal Detector Passing

The Product is passed through the high-power magnetic sticks and the metal detectors to remove all the metal impurities.

Stage – 6

Sizing

As per the buyer specification, kibbled undergoes milling and sizing process. The production is separated into chopped, minced, granules & powder

Stage – 7

Weighting and Packing

The finished product is weighted and sealed in moisture proof food grade poly bags. The bags are packed in corrugated boxes or paper bags. The checking of each bag and then dispatch for Export.
